You don't often see a mother in-law/daughter in-law team of entrepreneurs like this one. Theresa was a stay-at-home mom with a background in health and nutrition. Shirley was newly retired and looking for something meaningful to do with her extra time. After years of working for the man, Shirley decided it would be more fun to work for herself. Together, in 2018, this mother/daughter in-law duo decided to take on the world of natural skin care products.

The Bonner women (through a lot of research) have taken skin care a step further, by creating skin repair products. Third Child skin repair butters don't just soften the skin, they actually repair it. Dry, cracked skin becomes soft and smooth again in just a couple day's use. By creating a barrier on the surface of your skin, moisture stays in and starts the healing immediately.

Shirley and Theresa have also created a cold-infused coffee oil skin treatments, room and body sprays, beard oils, therapeutic massage oil and natural deodorant. Just like the skin repair butters, the skin treatments are crafted in small batches to ensure quality.

What started off as a small home-based business, has slowly evolved into a successful brick and mortar boutique in the heart of downtown Somerville, NJ. Along with their own handmade vegan products, the boutique sells other handmade products by small, family owned businesses. Oh, don't forget to check out the Scent Bar, where you can make your own custom scented oil blend. Stop in Wednesday through Sunday or shop their products on-line!
